Since SPRK provides digital services (resume writing, software development, and consulting), refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the project stage:
If you cancel your order before any work has commenced, you are eligible for a full refund of any amount paid.
If work has begun but the project is not yet delivered, refunds are assessed based on the percentage of work completed. You will be refunded for the uncompleted portion minus any reasonable administrative fees.
Once a service deliverable has been completed and delivered to you, refunds are not applicable unless the deliverable does not meet the agreed-upon specifications outlined in the project scope.
If you believe a deliverable does not meet the agreed specifications, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your concern and offer revisions at no additional cost. If the issue cannot be resolved, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days and credited to the original payment method.
